Here are some useful strategies that may be of interest to you.

Teams

The most important tip for a new player is: when you have enough heroes, put a team together which will be your main team. This is the one you will be using to clear the tower every day, earning you valuable resources (clearing the tower with maybe 1 or 2 casualties at most will translate into 100,000 gold).

What you will soon find out is that you will actually need 3 teams when you consider the Grand Arena. And then there is the Osh Team especially for Guild Raid. You can start building out the other teams as long as you can easily clear the tower every day.
